Summer Enrichment

Great Enrichment Classes all Summer Long

Students will tend a garden each morning and have Montessori work cycles. Children will spend time learning science, engineering, theatre, music, and cooking throughout the week. Afternoons will be focused on arts & recreation every afternoon.

Our summer program is open to any child, regardless of whether you attend CCM during the school year. Our summer childcare is available for ages 3 to 18 months, and summer enrichment is available for ages 18 months to- 8 years. Hours are from 8:20 am to 3:15 pm with before and aftercare available.

Themes - Toddler, Primary, Elementary

All sessions will include in-house field trips/speakers, cooking/food preparation activities, movement, gardening and outside water play.

June 11-15 Get Up and Move!

Campers will learn games, dances, exercises and have lots of outside play. This is a great way to start the summer!

June 18-29 Art and Music

Campers learn different drawing and painting techniques and engage in skillful craft projects centered on specific artists. We’ll explore composers, music genres and instruments. We’ll celebrate the upcoming holiday and learn about patriotic music too!

July 9-20 Cultural

Consider CCM your new travel agent! Join us for the adventure of “traveling” around the world in two weeks. Each day we will visit a different country, exploring foods, cooking, music and songs, art, language, and traditions. We’ll learn how other children all over the world are spending their summers and what makes their corner of the world unique.

July 23-August3 Nature and Gardening

Spend the days exploring the world inside our gardens and nature trail. We’ll learn about the systems that allow our plants to flourish and experience this amazing world through hands-on learning and plant cultivation!  We’ll tend to our garden beds and enjoy a bountiful harvest.

August 6-10 STEM Challenge

We’ll inspire creative thinking with our S(science) T(technology) E(engineering) M(math) challenges. Children will learn to experiment and work together to solve problems.

Themes - Infant

Infants Themes will explore the colors of the world: June 11-15, June 18-22, June 25-29, July 9-13, July 16-20, July 23-27, July 30-Aug 3 and Aug 6-10.
